Doja commenced her career at a suburban personal injury practice in 2016. Since her admission to practice as a solicitor and barrister in 2017, Doja has been dedicated to understanding and meeting client expectations.

In 2019, Doja commenced a position at a small boutique law practice where she extended her experience to commercial law, criminal law, family law and wills and estates.
In 2020, Doja resumed practicing in her desired field of personal injury at a national practice and in May 2021 she was promoted as the Branch Manager of South Australia, leading a team of solicitors and paralegals, assisting clients throughout South Australia and Western Australia.
Doja joined Paul Alvaro Lawyers in November 2021. Her experience in business has allowed her to transition into her role within Paul Alvaro Lawyers with a sophisticated ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide quality legal advice expressed in real terms whilst managing a significant caseload.
Doja El Banna is committed to achieving fair and favourable outcomes for her clients in Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accident, Public Liability, Medical Negligence and Total and Permanent Disability claims.
In addition, Doja uses her Arabic language skills to assist clients who have difficulty with English to understand the complex nature of their claims.
Doja was awarded a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Australia and obtained her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2017.
Doja is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and is on the board of Practitioners for Western Australia.
