Karen has been an integral part of Paul Alvaro Lawyers since the firm’s establishment in 2003. Over the years, she has advanced from Legal Secretary to Accounts Manager before being appointed Practice Manager in January 2024.
In her role, Karen oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, ensuring both the legal and administrative teams are well supported in delivering exceptional client service. Her strong focus on efficiency, organisation, and client care plays a key role in maintaining the firm’s high professional standards.
With more than 30 years of experience in legal administration, Karen has developed extensive knowledge of the claims process. As the first point of contact for many new client enquiries, she offers a calm and reassuring voice, together with guidance and informed support from the very first interaction with the firm.
